Keith Hawkins II is one of the principal founding members of District Storm Management.  His extensive experience in Plans and permitting in a multitude of DC based agencies makes him a vital member of District Storm Mangement’s leadership portfolio.  As the owner of his own company, Keith Hawkins II has oversaw multiple successful projects pertaining to Storm Water Management Best Management Practice development and has a proven track record of integration with larger project goals.  He is in possession of intricate first hand knowledge of the StormWater Retention process and requirements for the Department of Soil and Erosion.  With his history of plan review, negotiation, sales and marketing, Keith Hawkins brings a complete knowledge of the entire real-estate spectrum and the necessities for project improvement and advancement.  His role as Operations Manager and Project overseer allows District Storm Management to hold a unique position of value to potential clients.
